SOTA-DOMUS buildings exterior-walls do not need any maintenance - why?

The cover-layer of the SOTA-DOMUS exterior wall panel is made of an absolutely water-tight mineral layer. The water penetration depth is close to Zero! This means that no water can penetrate - e.g. condensation water. In addition, the cover-layer is coloured through with mineral pigments. In contrast to organic pigments, mineral pigments are absolutely colourfast and do not fade. The combination of mineral cover-layer, coloured through with mineral pigments, creates a combination that withstands all adverse weather conditions. As the colour is an integral part of the cover-layer and is not subject to weathering, SOTA-DOMUS exterior walls never need painting! SOTA-DOMUS exterior walls look like NEW even after many decades!
